  • Replacement Eligibility: If your product develops a manufacturing defect or hardware malfunction within the warranty period, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent model.

  • Physical Inspection: The product will be inspected by our service team. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

Note: Replacement may take 7–14 business days after successful inspection. Shipping charges for warranty claims may apply as per policy.

The following situations are not covered under warranty and will not qualify for replacement:

  • ❌ Physical damage (cracks, broken screens, dents, water exposure).
  • ❌ Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
  • ❌ Accessories like batteries, cables, chargers, and consumables (unless DOA).
  • ❌ Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or without valid invoice.
  • ❌ Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • ❌ Software or data loss β€” we recommend backing up your data regularly.

For any out-of-warranty repair, we offer paid service support at our authorized center.

Follow these simple steps to initiate a warranty request:

  • Step 2: Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and warranty card image.
  • Step 3: Our team will verify your claim and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Step 4: Ship the product to our service center (address provided upon approval) with the RA number.
  • Step 5: After inspection, if the defect is covered, we will ship a replacement product within 7–10 business days.

⚠️ Important: Without valid proof of warranty, we cannot process replacement requests. Keep your warranty documents safe.

WaveDot Technologies operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a product is sold, we do not issue any refunds, credits, or exchanges except for warranty-covered replacements as described above. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect products at the time of delivery and test functionality within 48 hours to report any immediate defects (covered under warranty).
